heh, it gives you the advantage of having the enclosures with those Huge, 
Hot, Loud DIFF Boat-Anchor drives (they run Forever!  I Love 'Em.) in another 
room instead of right next to to your workstation.  (84 feet bus length).  
Not to mention noise resistance, and the ability to use cheap drives that 
nobody else (well, other than geeks like us) want.
