[rescue] re Indy's again

I was looking at a machine that is a genuine development system with this
spec :

Indy R4600 133Mhz SC (Secondary Cache)
32 mb ram
ULTRA 64 Development board
Indy 24-bit GFX
A2 Audio processor
SCSI Hard drive 2.17 GB
Vino Video

Is this an above standard spec for an indy or would I be better going for an
indigo2 which seem to be around the same price, although with keyboard,
mouse + software installed
