[rescue] O2 memory

I was under the impression that it was impossible for an o2 to work with less
than 64megs of ram.  Yet, recently I keep seeing O2s listed saying things like
Main Memory: 39.9megs.  

Any idea's on what's up?  Most of the machines I see like that come from
one seller who is selling machines that were used at RIPs for Canon copiers.

The prices seem really low, except an AV module and more ram would need to be
added.
