Brian, I got the Latest MIPSPro sw_eoe stuff on this unit, but none of
the sw_dev packages - is that what's got you tripped up?  If you only
need sw_eoe stuff I can try to retrace my steps (though they were a bit
circular) and try to put something together for you.

It *is* there - though it's hidden, and I think it requires the 6.5 CDs
plus th 6.5.x overlays in order to fully install.
