[rescue] need IRIX CD (C Front End CD)

howdy.  i've got a copy of MIPSpro 7.3 that i'm trying to install onto my
Octane so i can boost it to 7.3.13 with the latest overlay download from sgi.
i seem to be missing some packages to get it to all work however.  from what
i've been able to dig up, i need a copy of the "C Front End CD" so that i can
install MIPSpro 7.3

where do i find a copy of this?  i'm sorta stuck until i can find it.  is this
stuff maybe included on a CD i already have?  i sorta doubt that, tried them
all.

anyway, please help!
