I ESD'd the processor module for a Tandem K20000.  Very distinctive spark
and it HURT.  It ran fine until we started putting a load on the system
and actually used that processor for something other than TACL terminal
processes.

Tandem replaced it under our service contract.

Must have been a run from the factory.  Yeah.  uh-huh.  Thats my story and
I'm sticking to it.
