[rescue] Sparc 4 issues

I've a sparc-4 (110) that occasionally, on boot, gives the message:

ERROR  : Address= 00000000, exp= 55555555, obs=55d55555 xor=00800000


Now, I would think that that indicates a bad simm, but testing memory
gives no errors. Anyone with a clue to hand me?
