Okay, problem solved.  I was getting 10M HDX when I was
expecting 100M FDX, so I tried forcing the speed to
100M FDX, which didn't work (no link).  I then traced
out the wires and found I had the Ultra 2 plugged into
the 10M hub instead of the 100M switch.  I need to get
the labels finished.
