[rescue] Netra MAC Addressing

If someone could lend some assistance or point me to the RTFM, been searching
but not finding an answer 

Netra T1 105 - dual onboard hme interfaces
Want to use multipath failover and must set interfaces to different mac
address.  I know that I can do it with ifconfig but where do I make this
permanent.  /etc/rcS.d/S30network.sh? or somehow in /etc/hostname.hme1   Any
help would be greatly appreciated.  And before anyone asks  - no
local-mac-address?false does not work with the onboard hme interfaces.  Thanks
