[rescue] splitter cable? pizza box hole closers?

just got a new sparc10 (150mhz hypersparc, 128meg ram, 2x2.1gig 
seagate hawk drives, turbogx framebuffer). lacking are a serial port
A/B cable splitter, and something to close three holes in the back.

three boards were pulled from this before i got it. 

the cpu was running hot when i got it going, because the air was all
pouring out the holes in the back. i used tape to close off the area,
and stopped that, but i would like three of those nice metal plates which
block the air flow.

anyone got any of the above?
