[rescue] can an mbus module be salvaged?

my ross hypersparc mbus module (142mhz) died  in my sparc10.  not the
cpu, but something else on the board (see my previous posts). i was
wondering if anyone who reads this list likes to play with modules to
trouble shoot them? if so, here it is for postage.

it failed when it tried to access memory - and no one can tell if it
failed to access its on board cache or main memory.
