heh heh, it's happening all over again...

Configure AS2100 w/ RAID for Newsserver...
Download NedBSD/Alpha ISO
2100 not supported under NetBSD/Alpha, 
Download and install FreeBSD/Alpha.  
EISA not supported under FreeBSD, 
remove DEFEA, install DEFPA.
Build new Kernel to support DEFPA and SMP
SMP Kernel compile barfs under FreeBSD, 
pound head against wall,
remove DEFPA, re-install DEFEA, Find OSF1 disks.
Install OSF1, plan on learning new OS....
(Expecting OSF1 install to fail before completion...)
