I am about to offer "personal colocation" of your own system at $65
per month. Just need to move into my new colo facility. Probably
about 3GB to 5GB of transfer per month will be included.
If you have a spare box I would suggest stock OpenBSD 3.0 + PF or IPF
to block ports that you know you will never connect to . Run
sendmail, Apache and SSH.
An SS10 w/SM51 would be more than enough and quite cool - we charge
extra for VAXes due to power usage though :-)
For others, I offer "monitor servers" with 1GB transfer and the box
included @ $35 per month. These are most useful for MRTG servers,
checking connectivity of remote machines, etc. The boxes are Pentium
166 or so with 32MB RAM and OpenBSD.

Yes, DNS service included.
