Oh, it's not nearly that bad.  I'm assuming you already have the case open.  

Remove the AUI sliding latch (two screws), the two jackscrews on the 13W3
connector, and the two tiny screws on the external SCSI connector.  That
should free the mobo from the back panel.  Disconnect and slide the speaker
out of the case slot.  You'll notice that the mobo has a couple (can't
remember exactly how many) slots milled into it, and there will be some
dark plastic sticking through.  You'll have to slide the mobo forward to
disengage the board slots from the case tangs (the LED light pipe will give
you a little interference here), and then it just lifts straight up and out.

Cutting torches work best on carbon steel, not plastic.
