[rescue] My first functional VAX

I can't even get the boot.fs file to boot up as an install "disk"
at the moment.

My /etc/bootptab looks like this:

	vixen:ht=ether:\
	:ha=08002B0E4F68:\
	:sm=255.255.255.0:\
	:gw=192.168.254.1:\
	:ds=192.168.254.1:\
	:sa=192.168.254.1:\
	:td=/tftpboot/:\
	:bs=auto:\
	:rp=/export/vixen/root

 Any pointers welcome. I've screwed in the hard disk now.
