Cheap car (>=$15k), crammed full of electronic equipment worth more than
 the car itself.

(I saw an old early-80s Caddy around here; Neon and subwoofer in the
 trunk, and 5" LCD TVs on the sun visors - with *extra* sun visors in the
 back seat so the people there could watch tv too!)
