Wow, that's cool.  I still going through his site, but so far so good! 
I never thought of removing the texture on a case, before.  I've always
been more worried on not covering it up.  Since if yo much paint is
used, filling the existing texture may become a problem.  Later this
year, I plan on painting my RS6000 7013-530.  I'll have to bookmark this
page to review for ideas when the time comes.
