Somewhere...  I just moved, so finding the CD will be a pain, but I'll go 
looking.

As far as the batteries go, on the SBus cards, they are Eagle-Picher 
batteries. Find someone who carries them (can't remember where I got my 
replacements), and they're available.

Replacement is a straight desolder/solder job.  I am not a solder handy kind 
of guy, but I managed.
