I'd say, Digital VT520. Period.
I've used a couple, not many, other brands, but this is my favourite. It
feels like a higher-rev VT420, but with the addition of parallel-printer
support, three sessions (one up from VT420) and a PS/2 style keyboard.
It's still slick and nice like the VT420 and VT320.
The (setup) software is wonderful. You can copy complete settings from
one session to another, has more emulation modes, character sets and
even small functions as clock+alarm, calculator all sorts of stuff. A
really nice terminal, IMO. :-)
Actually, that calc-function came in hand nicely last week when I needed
to calculate partion sizes on a HSG80 Array. :-)
