The problem with running Linux or *BSD on an SGI is that you can't
(aside from an Indy, and even then it's barely useable).  I have a very
hard time thinking that *BSD or Linux on a sun4u is a good idea.  I know
some people who swear by it, but I can't quite wrap my brain around
that.  Also, I would hardly call Irix or Solaris crusty or old.  Both
have come a long way since they were originally offered.  Why would you
call them crusty or old?
