you mean the speed limit of 2MPH?  i hate driving in that city.

hell yeah it is, although their new plan to tear up all the roads works pretty
well, all those "regular cars" would bottom out going anything but half the
speed limit.  very aggrivating for those of us who don't need to worry about
bottoming out. ;)
