[rescue] Boot Prom and other things for SS 1000

Hello Sun Aficionados,

I have a SparcServer 1000 
  - (40/20Mhz) Motherboard (501-2336) 
  - 2 SM81 Sparc Modules (501-2953)
  - Bootproms 525-132(5,6,7,8)-16 
              Version: 2.31v1601 

The Boot Proms I have are also listed as the latest ones
from sun. 

My question are:

1)
Are there newer or higher Boot Proms that will run with 
the hardware configuration above ?

2)
Can I combine a 50/25 MHz Board (501-2998) with the 
configuration mentioned above ? Which Boot Proms are
required ?

3)
I found on ebay boot proms 2.25r - would they work on 
40/20MHz in configuration above.

4) 
Can anybody clone or copy my existent Boot Proms
