Not according to the web page or the COPYING file.  It's GPL, so the
library cannot be linked to any program whose license is not
GPL-compatible.  If it were LGPL, I'd still dislike it, but I'd probably
be using it instead of rolling my own.

Ele ( http://www-rn.informatik.uni-bremen.de/software/elk/ ) doesn't look
bad, but I'm having fun overcoming the challenges of writing a language
interpreter with garbage collection.
