No.  Yes.

It's an old idea but can be useful for a certain class of problem.  Things
that worry me:

They're using XC4062's.  True, they're pretty cheap in volume now, but
they're pushing 5 years old.  There are better alternatives.

Limited RAM.  It's so cheap now, it would be nice to be able to stuff a
few gigs on there and do some really interesting work.

32-bit/33MHz PCI.  This thing can saturate that without blinking.

Do they have info on cost and programming support?  This thing would be
useful for classes of problems that don't require conditionals.
