To make an O2+ you'll need to replace: MB, PSU, CPU, backplane, and RAM.

Expensive.  Seems better to wait a few years and get a whole O2+...

Watch out for the R10k O2s, I hear they have a hard time with video
capture from the Analog A/V option.  I think Josh mentioned this a
couple months ago.
