One year ago, the price for Smoke 4 on a dual 400 Octane 2 was $260k.
I believe the license is transferable, but I don't know what the cost
would be.

Yeah, but they appear to be stock fibre cards, as opposed to
proprietary DSP cards or proprietary HD arrays.
