Well, things changed, and I can offer you one, if you are still
interested.  I've been getting $30.  There is a guy on ebay
successfully selling used ones for $28, and these are unused surplus
to my understanding, still in their Sun sealed backs.

Shipping would be something like $3 on top of that.
