[rescue] tip, ssh, break

GAH!!!!

I am trying to remotely see if a couple ultra1s are in shape to run- the owner doens't know much about them. hooking serial up was easy enough. now I am doing this:

ssh from linux laptop to soalaris8 server
tip from solaris 8 server to testmachine

testmachine is looping through a failing boot, I need to send a break

I can't seem to do it. it just won't work. if I send ~. I close the ssh session. ~# does nada.
