What'd be really nice is a to get a SunPCi card to talk to a Firewire
card - perhaps by hacking the SunPCi drivers to 'tunnel' through to a
PCI Firewire card in the Sun?

Perhaps a perverse request, but it'd allow me to download/edit camcorder
video on a Sun.
