[rescue] cant get support once they're out-of-business

They made a batch of IDE drives that they tried to sell as suitable for
low end servers, and when people started reporting unusually high
failure rates, instead of admitting they were not reliable they pointed
out somewhere way down in the spec fine print that they were only
supposed to be run 300 hours a month or something like that.  The whole
hullabaloo seems to have been the trigger for IBM completely getting out
of the hard disk business.

At this point I haven't settled on my choice for IDE drives, because I
did like the IBMs, and the prices were good.  I actually have a couple
drives that I think are in the problem series here, but I haven't had
any issues.  I just make sure there isn't anything not backed up on
them.
