  That's Brannon Braga.  He's the Star Trek script writer who always
resorts to dumb time travel scenarios when he can't figure out
anything better to write about.  He was singlehandedly responsible for
making Voyager not live up to about 90% of its expectations.  He can't
write his way out of a wet paper bag, but he's to arrogant to quit.

  He's also giving Jeri Ryan that Funky Butt Lovin'.
