Nope.  Synoptic and Wellfleet merged to become Bay Networks, then Nortel
bought Bay and it became Nortel Networks.

Nortel also bought Micom around the same time, raped them for their
"ClearVoice" VoIP/VoFrameRelay technology, then threw them away.
