* Try calling Nortel for *anything* without a service contract.. need
firmware for a Bay Switch ?  (like.. what else are you going to use it for
unless you own one?..) HA HA HA HA HA

* Try calling EMC for *anything* without a service contract.. need Clariion SW ?
HA HA HA HA HA

* Try calling 3Com for *anything* without a service contract.. need
TotalControl SW ? HA HA HA HA HA  even their TotalSwitch docs used to be
password protected. Want to just upgrade your Courier Modem to 56K ?  get
out the credit card!

* Want a bent-metal Hard Drive Bracket from nStor? $-1-5-0-.-0-0 !



Five;
* Try calling Cisco for *anything* without a service contract.
- now here, they _will_ talk to you. theyll ask for a serial number, if its
newish, they will talk to you. Service Contacts are affordable at least.
and the do have docs online and a really good search engine



Ten
* Called Portmaster (B4 Lucent) Need a SW CD? docs, SW Radius SW.. Have two
boxes? Here.. well send you two CDs...

* Called Lantronix.. need a CD.. here. Have a problem?.. email us...

* Ascend (B4 Lucent)  (used to be) ftp.ascend.com...EVERYTHING YOU NEED......
