[rescue] ELT320

My ELT320 arrived today.  This is a small, lightweight terminal
that is VT320 compatible (EL display).  It came with the table-
mount arm, which I'll attach in some way to my rack so I'll have
a terminal I can use when I'm trying to debug something in the
rack.  I'll be able to swing the terminal around where it is
convenient without having to balance a CRT terminal somewhere.
