[rescue] 5-pair/10-wire flat console cable ??

I have a multiport serial box that uses those.  THe unes for mine are
the same width as a normal RJ45, but have an extra pin on each side.  On
my box the outside pins are used for HW flow control, so you can use a
normal 8 pin if you don't need that.
