My employer is FABULOUS about flexibility, and I make sure they know I
appreciate it. I make my own hours pretty much, as long as I put in a
full complement of them. 

I'd have to say it's easilly worth $25-30k a year, as it allows my wife
to work. I'm there in the afternoon for my kids, and get time to work on
my boat. Fantastic.
