My mom was supportive, she tried her best and kept upping the house
insurance everytime I went into  'phase'. She was like that, a very

Oh, I dealt with it. I told Bill to say nothing...I just wanted to get the
hell out of there without a massive scene (my father's too well known in
town for it to have escaped the papers/media). My dad did apologise (a
first) so I told him he had one chance to quit being an idiot for good or
he'd lose both his daughters.
