I got to sit in my bosses while he was away for a couple weeks last 
fall. I loved it.

But I have sat in Aeron demonstrator chairs, and hated them. I realized 
that they have different ratings depending on your size and weight. My 
boss is similar enough to me that his chair was great (it was a D). The 
demo was a B which is just not designed for my body size.

I would buy one tomorrow if I had the money. After all, my ass is in it 
8-10 hours a day.

And the Aeron is mostly metal. The frame is entirely metal, but the mesh 
is some composite plastic (IIRC).
