printed on component: 206CK750X2TC (2)9244 - thats a "2" in a circle
dimensions without pins: 1" long, .25" high, 1/16" thick
number of pins: 10 arranged in a straight line
Found on: SGI Indigo VB1.1 board (part of Express graphics assembly)
