Yeah what Dave said :-)  Normally done to Japanese cars, However, some 
European an American cars can "look ricey" too, even though they aren't 
from Japanese.  In fact when modify a vehicle some people might ponder 
if there newly thought of modification may look, "too ricey".  They 
don't want to look like one of the kiddies that Dave spoke about :-)
  Just because a vehicle is modified doesn't make it ricey, or "riced out".
