Pretty well every on-line electronics tool outfit carry MMJ crimpers.
Heck even Jensen (through Efston Science in Canada) have them. They're
not cheap though: $55cdn for the die, $60 for the crimp tool frame, $26
for the carrying case. MMJ connectors are available, though only for
flat stranded cable, at $38.50 per 100 units.
Specialized Products Company in Dallas (www.specialized.net) have them
too, of course. :-)
(I'd love to get the Paladin all-in-one telephone tool, 901014, but it's
$138[usa]! -- I have a good RJ-11/RJ-45 combo crimper that was only $40.)
