[rescue] HP 9000/712 PSU failure

A) voltmeter?
B) Write an email to jdturner at nc.rr.com and tell him I sent you.  He sells
some old HP parts at a fair price, on the side.  When he heard I got a
712/100 he told me he has spare parts for that series if I ever needed them
so definitely talk to him.
