[rescue] Ancient UNIX licenses!

Okay, I'm probably missing something simple, but I tried to order the CDs.
I tried to follow the links to get the agreement number the order form
requires. The link just says "You no longer need to agree to any license.
You can access the archives anonymously. Click here to go to the
archives." The link on that page then takes you to a list of mirrors of
the archives.
Nowhere does it say where to get one of these license numbers.
I went back to the order form to order the CDs without the agreement
number. It would not let me. Any ideas (or better kowledge)?
