[rescue] DEC 3000 Boot problem

Does anyone know where I could be diag led explanation for the DEC
3000/300.  I have had no luck for the last hour.  I finally got VMS
software for it and put it up on the bench today and powers up lights
the keyboard for a sec and the hard drive and then nothing.  Last time
on the bench (about 2 months) got to the firmware with no trouble.  Any
help in finding info would be appreciated.
