[rescue] Stabiline UPSes free for pickup.

I have a pair of stabiline UPSes that seem to have lost their 
inverters.  batterys are good, but not sure what happened to the 
inverters and I really don't feel like messing w/ 110 volt power to 
fix them.  Free for pickup or if anybody wants just the batteries or 
something.  I'm in Centreville VA.
