[rescue] Interface info for IBM Dials and Buttons boxes?

As far as daisy-chaining these things, I don't see how that
was possible with these particular units (6094 020 and 6094 010)
unless a special cable was used, as both only have a _single_
mini-din female connector.
The buttons box does appear to have lights (apparently
2 different color LEDs) under each button, so perhaps this
is the LPFK that is refered to below? Anyone know what the
difference was?
Also, the buttons box has a small slide switch on the
underside with two positions. One position is marked
with what appears to be a zig-zag line (lightning bolt?)
and the other position is marked by a loop with arrows
superimposed on it. Anyone have any idea what the
switch was for, and which position it should be in for
simple RS232 Operation?
