Actually BSD/OS has been ported to a number of other platforms
including powerpc and ultrasparc but the ports were done for specific
customers and not released to the general public.

Now that the former BSDi engineering team is with WindRiver they
are working with some neat embedded hardware (the stuff I saw was
powerpc based).
