[rescue] quick monitor for mac 7100 question

Can I use a simple DB-15 to HD-15 adapter to hook a multisync monitor to 
a 7100/66 (it has a video card in the PDS slot, in addition to the onboard
video), or must I get an adapter with the old size switches on it?

Also, before I get something off of ebay, anybody here want to sell me such
an adapter (and perhaps also a keyboard and mouse?)?
