Speaking of Interphase, anybody have a resource for the jumper settings for 
the Interphase 4211 VME FDDI?  I'm trying to get one up and going in my Onyx, 
and HINV isn't seeing the board as the jumpers are set now...

(I checked their site, the oldest DOC's they have online are for the 5211...)
