Not quite true.  There are different types of ports when you deal with
FDDI.  A, B, M, and S.  You can plug A into B, B into A, M into A,B, or S,
and S into S.  A-A, B-B, and M-M are not allowed (you can plug them in,
but your FDDI gear will tell you to go pound sand).

On your C1100, the DAS MIC ports will be A and B, and each of the SAS MIC
and CDDI ports will be an M port.
